1. Experience
I'm only hosting webmasters with web site experience. This is a term because without knowing a-z, it could be quite harmful owning an FTP account along with a sub domain. Abominable things may occur, which we don't want happening. I'd also prefer skilled site owners.

2. Link back
You're receiving a sub domain and hosting for free, therefore a link back can do no bad impact.

3. Code
I expect a google ad code, from this site, on your side bars. It's small, so it won't be a disturbance for you or your visitors. Random checks are made, if not placed on your site, you will receive an email from me.

4. Responsibility
Owners must take full responsibility for any actions regarding exposed content. Wrongdoings will not be in the hands of me.

5. Sites
Of course, racism, porn, aggressive content is not tolerated. Sites will be immediately deleted. Please keep the rating PG-13 and under.
